To recover your University of the West of England password you will need to use the Change Password option on MyUWE. If you are unable to use this please contact the UWE ITS Help Desk on 0117 32 83612
After completing your course at UWE Bristol (or if you are no longer a current student at UWE Bristol), your InfoHub account will be updated to a Graduate account, and you will continue to have access. To login as a Graduate for the first time, you will first need to reset your InfoHub password.
To reset your password from the InfoHub login screen, select the ‘Graduate’ option, then ‘Reset your Password’ and input your UWE Bristol username (or student number) and the personal email address you have previously registered on myUWE, then click ‘Send password reset email’. Follow the instructions on the email to reset your password and login.

If you are a UWE Bristol staff member with Administrator access to InfoHub, you will need to login using the InfoHub Admin link. Other staff members will need to use the standard InfoHub link.
