ARC Social Work: New User or Amend a User/Placement Request Form 2025-26

UWE Bristol Data Privacy Notices

The data you provide will be used to process your request, in line with the ARC Privacy Notice and External Partner Data Privacy Notice.

The data controller is UWE Bristol.

This form is for Social Work Providers to request a new user or to amend a contact/placement profile on the Social Work portals.

ARC Social Work portals:

  • PEP: to manage placement profile(s), i.e. placement information that students see, and to view students that are allocated to your placement
  • Student Profiles: to review student profiles and confirm placement offers to students
  • Evaluations: to evaluate students that have been on placement

Account conditions:

  • Users agree to abide by UWE Bristol’s relevant Information Security Policies and Regulations and should read UWE Bristol’s ARC Privacy Notice
  • Users must notify UWE Bristol when they no longer require legitimate access to ARC

Amend Placement Details


Thank you for completing the ARC Social Work: New User or Amend a User/Placement Request Form.

The Student Business Systems team will be in contact shortly.

You may now click the  button at the bottom of this form.

These fields provide the SBS Team with the information required to process your request. Once you’ve entered the information and 'Updated' the form, the SBS team will be notified and action the request.
Once you click the 'Update' button, the SBS team will automatically be notified to complete the request, by creating the placement, setting up new users, and emailing new contacts their login details (if required)
